Privacy

What we collect

If you submit the eligibility form we collect the name, email address, property state, project size and description you provide, together with the date and time of submission and the consent confirmations you check. We do not collect government identification numbers, bank account numbers or credit information through this site.

Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and a copy is emailed to us through SendGrid. To stop automated spam we also record a one-way hash of your IP address (enough to limit repeated submissions from one connection, not to identify you), your country as reported by Cloudflare, your browser's user-agent and how long the form took to fill in.

Analytics

Two third-party analytics tools run on every page, and both set cookies.

• Google Analytics 4 — page views, referrers, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser. We use it to see which pages earn traffic. When you send the eligibility form, it also records that a form was sent, from which page, and the state, property type and project stage you picked — not your name, contact details, address or notes. Google's opt-out browser add-on blocks it.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replay. Session replay means your clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on a page can be played back afterwards as a recording. That is more than most analytics does, so it is worth saying plainly rather than leaving it under “usage data”. Clarity masks typed input by default, so what you enter in the eligibility form is not captured in a recording — what you submit reaches us through the form itself, as described above. Neither is used to identify you personally, and neither is joined to the enquiry records described above. An ad blocker or a browser setting that blocks third-party scripts stops both, and the site works normally without them.

What we do with it

We use it to assess which financing programs your project may qualify for and to contact you about that enquiry. Where a program requires it, we may share the project details with a lender, capital provider or program administrator in order to seek terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with parties who are not working on your enquiry.

Contact consent

The consent checkbox on our form is never pre-checked. We record when you gave consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us or writing to [email protected], and we will stop contacting you.

Retention and removal

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and to meet record-keeping obligations. To have your information deleted, write to [email protected] and we will confirm once it is done.
